MR. NIPUN AGGARWAL

Director

Mr. Nipun Aggarwal is an Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and has an MBA from IIM Kolkata with over 25 years of experience in Investment Management, Strategy, M&A, Finance & Operations across a wide range of industries. He is currently a Senior Vice President at Tata Sons Private Limited and looks after Strategy and M&A for the Tata Group. Over the past five years, as part of the Group Chairman’s Office, he has been instrumental in shaping the strategy and transformation of a number of Tata Group companies. He has driven several important initiatives for the Tata Group including the Bhushan Steel acquisition, consolidation of the Group’s defence businesses and the launch of Tata Electronics. Most recently, he led the Air India acquisition for the Group. He is a Director on the Board of several Tata Group Companies such as Tata Projects, Tata Housing, Tata Electronics, Tata Urban Infra and Tata Power Odisha Discoms. Prior to joining the Tata Group, Nipun worked as the Executive Director with Standard Chartered Bank in the Corporate Banking department responsible for coverage of strategic clients. Prior to that, he was a Director with DSP Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking and M&A department where he led the coverage for clients across Infrastructure, Industrials and Metals & Mining sectors, and also executed several marquee capital markets and M&A transactions. Prior to DSP Merrill Lynch, he worked with BP Plc. in India and UK as the Commercial Advisor for large upstream Oil & Gas projects. He started his career with Larsen & Toubro Limited as a Graduate Engineer Trainee.

MR. VINOD HEJMADI

Director

Mr. Vinod Hejmadi is a Chartered Accountant and a Rank Holder in Final CA with a Graduate Degree in Commerce. He was inducted in the Board of Air India as Director Finance since November, 2015 and was on Board until April 2022. Mr. Hejmadi is presently the Chief Financial Officer of Air India Ltd. He has 34 years of experience in various departments of airline industry and has handled important portfolios like Revenue and Expenditure Accounting, Audit, Insurance, Fuel Hedging, Fuel & Oil, Aircraft Leasing, MIS and Budget. Mr. Hejmadi has also held international positions such as Finance Manager in Switzerland & North Africa based out of Geneva and Chicago. He was a key member of the team who formulated a Turn Around Plan of Air India in 2012 and was also a key member in the discussions and deliberations on the disinvestment of Air India as part of the Evaluation Sub Committee (ESC) of Government of India. Mr. Hejmadi was also on all the Boards of Subsidiary Companies of Air India and currently continues to be in the Board of Air India Charters Limited (AICL) and Air India SATS(JV).

MR. RAJESH DOGRA

Director

Mr. Rajesh Dogra is a Tata veteran and is the Chief Customer Experience Officer & Global Head of Airport Operations at Air India. Mr. Dogra comes with diverse global experience of incubating and executing hyper scale, IT - enabled, operations - driven public services delivery and large transformation programs. He is widely known in the industry for his contribution in transforming passport services for the Govt of India as the Global Program Director of Passport Seva Program of Ministry of External Affairs in partnership with Tata Consultancy Services [TCS]. In his current role, Mr. Dogra is spearheading several initiatives at Air India across the global network focusing on customer experience and airport operations transformation which have started reflecting early results.

MR. KERRY MOK

Director

Mr. Kerry Mok is the President and CEO of SATS and joined the company in June 2018. Prior to this, he was the CEO of YCH Group since August 2017. Mr. Mok is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience in supply chain management and logistics, he has held various senior appointments prior to his move to YCH Group, including his role in Goodpack Limited as the acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Before that, he held the position of Managing Director, Strategy - Operations and was also head of the ASEAN Supply Chain Strategy practice for Accenture. Mr. Mok was also previously Senior Vice President - Global Head of Technology Sector and APAC Technology Sector & Service Logistics with DHL, accountable for the strategy and growth of the Global Technology Sector for DHL Supply Chain. He has been an active contributor to tripartite initiatives. Mr. Mok has been a member of the Future Economy Council's Connectivity Sub-Committee since 7 January 2022 and serves on the Ministry of Communication and Information’s Infocomm Media Master Plan 2025 working group. Mr Mok graduated from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia with a Bachelor of Business, Accounting (First Class Honours).

MR. MANFRED SEAH

Director

Mr. Seah joined SATS as Chief Financial Officer in September 2017. He oversees the group's finance operations, strategic investment management and monitoring, group treasury, insurance and investor relations. Mr. Seah has over 25 years of investment banking, direct investments and financial management experience. He has held senior leadership roles in corporate finance and investment management, and has conducted corporate advisory and mergers and acquisitions activities in Asia. Before joining SATS, Mr. Seah was the Chief Financial Officer of SMRT Corporation Ltd, where he was primarily responsible for driving changes to the business and financing structure of the Group. At SMRT, Mr. Seah led a special task force that developed and facilitated the transition of SMRT Trains Limited to the new rail financing framework, and managed the subsequent privatization of SMRT by Temasek Holdings in 2016. Mr. Seah sits on various Boards of SATS' subsidiaries and associate companies. Mr. Seah graduated with Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Mathematics from Queen Mary College, University of London and obtained his Masters degree in Business Administration from the London Business School. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London, UK, and has been conferred an Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance (CF) and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).

MR. RAMANATHAN RAJAMANI

Director

Mr. Ramana has more than 15 years of experience in both the Military and Civil Aviation sectors. He started as an engineer in the Defence Science and Technology Agency ensuring the reliability of fighter jets for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) in 2001. He then moved to Indeco Engineers in 2006 to lead several turnkey projects for both commercial and military ground operations. He subsequently joined SATS in 2011 as the head of the Engineering Team, which developed and won the first patent for the organisation. He has since held several positions in SATS Gateway Division and also headed a fully owned subsidiary, receiving Singapore’s prestigious National Productivity Award in 2016. Mr. Ramana graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Engineering as well as a Master of Science, majoring in Logistics. He was subsequently awarded an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Nanyang Technological University and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) under the joint sponsorship of SATS & Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).

MR. SANJAY GUPTA

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Sanjay Gupta holds a degree of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has more than 25 Years of experience in the field of Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Treasury Management, Taxation, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Project Management & IT Management. On February 2011, he joined AISATS as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and with effect from 16th December 2021, he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AISATS. As the CEO, he is responsible for the overall management of AISATS with the objective of value creation for all its stakeholders. Mr. Gupta is driving the agenda of innovation, digitization, and technology adoption in the organization. He presently reports to the board and provides executive leadership & direction to the operating units. Mr. Gupta is also focused on implementing lean structure, increasing productivity, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the organization’s fiscal sustainability. Following high standards of moral standards, he ensures that integrity is maintained in the organization at all times.

MR. PANKAJ JAISWAL

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Pankaj Jaiswal, FCA, DIIT has over 20 years of professional experience. Prior to joining AISATS in April 2022, he served as the group finance controller of a group company with plants and business units spread across India. As a seasoned finance professional, Mr. Jaiswal has a wide range of experience, including shareholder value creation, ESG, business partnering, treasury & funding, investor relations, cost management, taxation, financial planning, accounting & reporting, as well as budgeting and management. In a career spanning 2 decades he has managed and led the finance function for various large business groups in India. As CFO of AISATS, Mr. Jaiswal is a part of the executive committee and is focused on business and financial strategy of the company, key decision support, risk and finance management, funding, investment, banking relations, budgeting, participating in future growth plans, looking at the continuous process improvement in finance and accounts of the organization.

MR. BOBBAN JOSE

Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Bobban Jose is currently the Chief Operations Officer at AISATS. As Head of Operations, he is responsible for managing the comprehensive Ground & Cargo Handling Operations of all the AISATS locations. A postgraduate in International Business, Mr. Jose started his career in the field of aviation with Jet Airways Cargo in 2003. For ten years he was with Singapore Airlines Cargo and became Head - Sales & Services for Karnataka, Hyderabad & Cochin. In September 2015, he joined AISATS as Vice President – Cargo Projects at Bangalore. His 19 years of professional experience is spread across areas of Station Management, Ground & Cargo Operational Management and Business Development & Sales.

MR. KELVIN SEOW

Chief Business Officer

Kelvin is a highly accomplished aviation professional with over 20 years of industry experience. He specializes in airport ground and cargo operations, airline hub management, technology, and business transformation. With an impressive track record in renowned organizations such as SATS Singapore, Qatar Airways Group, Air India SATS, Amadeus Taiwan, KPMG India, and Mumbai Cargo Service Centre, Kelvin brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Chief Business Officer at Air India SATS. Throughout his career, Kelvin has held multiple senior management roles, showcasing his ability to deliver outstanding results. He has successfully managed business units with multi-million-dollar annual turnovers, demonstrating his strong accountability for financial performance. Kelvin's success is attributed to his adeptness at combining local situation awareness with effective business transformation methodologies, driving organizational success. Kelvin is skilled in managing diverse workforces, having worked in Singapore, Qatar, India, and Taiwan. He values the power of cohesive teams and consistently fosters environments where team members unite and perform at their best. Kelvin has also established strong collaborations with aviation regulators, airport authorities, and agencies, advocating for the objectives of airports and airlines. Kelvin holds an MBA in International Aviation from Concordia University in Canada and a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance and IT from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. His educational background complements his extensive industry experience, providing a solid foundation for his leadership role.
